Lords of the Lands (LOL) is a utility-first metaverse built to reward its NFT holders. Participants can monetize virtual real estate and earn passive income through monthly rentals. Powered by the Ethereum blockchain and developed using Unity, the LOL Metaverse will be accessible via Web, iOS, Android, and VR platforms — making entry seamless for everyone.

LOL exists to bring real utility to the metaverse. The project focuses on making entertainment — from live music and e-sports to shopping — available to millions from the comfort of their homes. At its core, LOL is building a community-powered world where ownership, fun, and opportunity go hand in hand.

To claim the title of Landlord, the highest status in the LOL ecosystem, you must own at least 1 Land NFT and 1 Lord NFT in the same ERC-20 wallet. This unlocks access to rental rewards and other exclusive utilities in the metaverse.

25% of LOL’s royalty revenue is distributed among Landlords each month. Your rental income depends on:
– The rarity of your Land NFT
– The number of days both your Land and Lord NFTs were held together in your wallet
One Lord NFT can activate rentals for up to three Land NFTs, based on its rarity. Payouts are available for withdrawal on the 1st of each month at 1 PM UTC.

Land NFTs are limited-supply digital assets on the Ethereum blockchain. They’re transferrable, ownable, and form the foundation of all in-metaverse experiences.
Lord NFTs are VR-ready avatars — rulers of the LOL world — each with unique traits such as enhanced rental boosts, exclusive wearables, weapons, and access privileges.
